We got a new Sofa | 3 reasons I chose Rooms To Go

Easy Shopping
When you visit Rooms To Go website you are quickly welcomed with the current sale and any furniture selection you are there for. The main focus was furniture and sectional for me. I loved how they had a wide array of sectionals I could choose from. Different colors and sizes. The specific one I found Laney Park 5 Piece Sectional was budget friendly and perfect for small kids to get on. It’s like it was calling my name (lol).
I also went in store to get a good feel of how it would compliment my living room layout. Needless to say, I was pleased and so excited to order.
Fast Shipping
I received my sofa in lighting speed time! It literally took a week to receive it and you can tell how happy everyone was to get it. Especially my girls. They asked if they could have their own in the play room (lol). Once it arrived, the delivery men brought it in and set it up. I didn’t have to lift a finger. They also made sure to follow CDC guidelines and wore mask and gloves to make sure everything was safe. After they completed it I signed and they left. This literally took about 20 minutes.
Customer Service
Once they left I received a call from Rooms To Go to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I enjoyed this call because it made me feel like they actually cared for my business. The customer service is actually something that will bring me back. I was fortunate to meet a very nice saleswoman who knew exactly what I needed when I stepped foot in the door. This is something I wish every business understood. How you treat the customer will result in more business.
